1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. Are apparel is 'made to order' means that once an order is placed, the product is printed then shipped to you. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you via email when the item is expected to be back in stock and shipped out. We ship our apparel orders from our print suppliers in the USA, Europe, Canada and Australia.
2. Delivery Location
We ship worldwide using a number of different carrier services including DHL, FedEx, USPS and more. If your address or location isn’t supported when checking out, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help.
3. Delivery Time
All orders are shipped with a flat rate and you can expect the following shipping times depending on where you live:
USA: 5-8 Business Days
Canada: 6-12 Business Days
Internationally: 5-20 Business Days
(Business Day = Monday to Friday excluding public holidays)
4. Order Fulfilment
We make every effort to fulfil your order within 2-5 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If an order fulfilment is going to take longer than this timeframe in unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you via email with updates regarding your order.
5. Tracking Orders
Please note that we only support tracking numbers for apparel orders at this present time. If your order is damaged or lost in transit, you will still be covered by our return policy which you can read here. Using your tracking number is the best way to keep up-to-date with where you're order is at after it is posted to you. We are working towards getting tracking numbers for all orders ASAP.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on a flat rate and will slightly increase depending on the number of items in your order and your location.
If you are placing an international order, your package may come in contact with Customs. We don't have any control over how long your package is in Customs, nor do we cover Customs charges into your country. Customers are responsible for all Customs charges. If you notice a stall in shipping, contact us or your local postal office for more information.
8. Damaged Items in Transport
Unfortunately, sometimes items get damaged or mishandled while in transport. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at email@example.com
