1. Returns (Change of Mind or Incorrect Sizing)
Please note that we do not currently accept refunds or exchanges if you have ordered the incorrect size or changed your mind. Measurements are supplied for each item on our website, so please double check your sizing before placing orders with us. We apologise for the innocence if you order the wrong size, we are working towards being able to order larger quantities of our product which we can then introduce a return program.
2. Returns (Defective or Damaged)
We accept returns if the item you purchased is damaged and/or faulty. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com with your full name, order number and details of the product and the defect or damage. Upon receiving the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. Off Atlas will deny a refund/exchange if items are returned without their original tags, used, soiled with perfume scents, makeup etc.
If a customer sends a return without contacting Off Atlas first, an exchange will not be issued and the customer will have to pay shipping to get the item returned, or, sacrifice the item.
3. Returns (On Sale, Clearance or Discontinued items)
Please note we do not offer returns on any items that were sold on sale, clearance or that are now discontinued from our store.
4. Returns (Incorrect Order)
If you were shipped the incorrect order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and order number. We will send you instructions to send the order back to us and once received, we will ship out your correct order.
5. Returns Shipping
We cover return shipping on defective and damaged items only. All defective items are inspected by our staff. If the item is not defective, the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Please always make sure to pack your item carefully as we cannot issue full refunds on items damaged during shipping.
If you have requested a refund for your order or damaged item, please allow 1-4 weeks for this to be processed. This allows time for shipping back to our warehouse, item inspection, and bank transfer processing times. Once your refund has been processed and approved, you will receive your refund using the payment method of your original purchase.
7. Refunds (Incorrect Address)
If you entered the wrong address at checkout, the courier will most likely return the item back to our warehouse. If you wish to have the item sent back to your correct address, you will be responsible for paying the shipping again from our warehouse.
Any fraudulent or false chargebacks are investigated and will result in permanent bans and domain block access to offatlas.co and any Off Atlas products.
